By downloading or using TabSwipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License

TabSwipe grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application on macOS devices you own or control. A single license key allows activation on up to 3 devices.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Distribute, lease, or sub-license the application to third parties.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding.

4. Trial and Refunds

TabSwipe offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a one-time purchase is required for continued use. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TabSwipe DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabSwipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
